Sales - Account Executive

CSC develops and supports the PAPERS® suite of healthcare revenue cycle products, utilized by major hospitals throughout the United States.

Position Requirements:

• Travels 50-75% of the time within a multi-state territory to call on regular and prospective clients to solicit orders/upgrades, or talks with clients by phone.
• Demonstrates product and emphasizes salable features.
• Communicates effectively with internal support teams to ensure proper pricing and implementation.
• Prepares reports of business transactions and keeps expense accounts.
• Enters new client data and other sales data for current clients into database.
• Develops and maintains relationships with purchasing contacts.
• Investigates and resolves client problems.
• Attends trade shows.

Other Desired Qualifications:

• Profitably manage and expand assigned territory.
• Prospecting and presentation skills in order to close deals with C-level executives.
• Ability to maintain proactive contact with clients.
• Ability to pay close attention to details while working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively and persuasively (in writing and verbally) in English.
• Ability to analyze and understand technical components and industry terminology.
• Convey knowledge of a project’s requirements in order to manage each opportunity through the sales cycle.
• Ability to develop and convey a cost/benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
• Knowledge of EMC Documentum, Legato, AnyDoc or similar software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Healthcare revenue cycles/information systems is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

• College education preferred.
• 5 + years sales and territory management experience.
• Previous experience and success in selling software, outsourcing and professional services, and/or enterprise content management, integrated document management solutions.
• CDIA+ preferred.

Marketing Manager

CSC develops and supports the PAPERS® suite of healthcare revenue cycle products, utilized by major hospitals throughout the United States.

Position Requirements:

• Directly supervises Marketing and Lead Generation staff.
• Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, including Website development and utilization.
• Works closely with staff in the design and usability of the Website.
• Assists in establishing strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives for products and services.
• Develops/executes marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, market share.
• Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image through branding, product positioning and logo design.
• Plans and oversees execution of promotional activities/events including print, electronic media, trade shows, etc.
• Develops written communication for public relations purposes; i.e. press releases, client newsletters.
• Plans and conducts competitive data analyses to identify opportunities for increased sales.
• Analyzes marketing programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
• Designs, executes and tracks campaign effectiveness including print, on-line, telemarketing and lead generation.
• Manages the RFP process and implements related procedures including presentation design.
• Conducts client surveys, issues client newsletter, publicizes client success stories.
• Travel to trade shows and related events is required 20-30% of the time.

Other Desired Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of several of the following application or design tools: Adobe PageMaker and Acrobat, Macromedia Flash, Freehand and Dreamweaver, Visio and MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to build business plans/corporate visions and direct others to implement plan and vision.
• Ability to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of creative events/promotions/publications that will provide a competitive advantage with the result of winning business.
• Strong written communication skills that could be demonstrated by a portfolio or examples of work.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization as well as with clients.
• Interpersonal skills to provide effective leadership internally as well as client satisfaction.

Educational/Experience Qualifications:

• College education preferred.
• 3-5 years marketing management or related experience.
• Experience marketing technology/software products and professional services to various industry segments including healthcare preferred, but not required.
