- Work extensively
with sales, HR and IT departments to develop training strategies.
- Organize,
prepare and implement quarterly 3rd party vendor training.
- Organize,
prepare and implement yearly customer training
- Coordinate
all travel and facility planning in regards to training classes and
events
- Work heavily
with Technical Writer to develop training documentation
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors
Degree – primarily focused in Adult Education, Training or Human
Resources
- 3-5 years
of corporate or IT training experience
- IT Training
certification is a preferred qualification
- Ability
to multi-task and prioritize projects

Fast-growing information
management service company seeks an organized, self-motivated individual
to provide telephone and dial-up support to software customers in moderately
complex technical environments. This position will also supply on-site
support for implementations, upgrades and other customer needs. Considerable
travel is required.
The ideal candidate
is able to work effectively under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced
environment and possesses strong judgment in handling customer issues.
This individual will have a proactive, take-charge attitude and the ability
to organize, plan and prioritize projects. The successful candidate must
have a proven ability to fully use and apply standard technical troubleshooting
principles in both the hardware and software realm. The ability to communicate
technical issues effectively to a non-technical audience is imperative.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are also definite musts.
Responsibilities include triage of customer calls, assessment of customer
problems, coordination with customer to install system updates, interaction
with network services, software systems engineering, or applications development
to restore services and identify and correct the core problem. Other duties
in this role include system testing, documentation development and other
assignments based on the level of customer support activity.
Qualifications for
this position include: prior desktop support role or other support experience,
strong working knowledge of Microsoft Operating System and Relational
Databases. A demonstrable knowledge of network concepts and technical
skills in information system methodology, hardware and software is also
required, as typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Computer
