We currently seek a corporate trainer to help improve education for our employees, vendors and customers. This person must be detail oriented and well organized. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are required as well as the ability to work individually with little to no supervision.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating and implementing training plan to reach company objectives and goals
  • Creating, preparing, administering and tracking training for all newly-hired employees and additional training for supervisor and manager level employees
  • Evaluating need for on-going training for existing employees as well as creating and implementing such training.
  • Work extensively with sales, HR and IT departments to develop training strategies.
  • Organize, prepare and implement quarterly 3rd party vendor training.
  • Organize, prepare and implement yearly customer training
  • Coordinate all travel and facility planning in regards to training classes and events
  • Work heavily with Technical Writer to develop training documentation
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree – primarily focused in Adult Education, Training or Human Resources
  • 3-5 years of corporate or IT training experience
  • IT Training certification is a preferred qualification
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects

We are seeking exceptionally talented and motivated Software Engineers / Systems Analysts to join our team at our corporate headquarters in beautiful Brecksville, Ohio. Job requirements include 5-7 years proficiency in systems analysis and object oriented programming, specifically using C++, C#, VB 6, VB.NET and/or Transact-SQL. Multi-lingual programmers with proven aptitude and ability to learn new programming languages can make up for a lack experience in C++. 30%-40% travel is required.

Position Requirements:

  • Travel to various client sites to document current processes and develop a custom module that interfaces our system into their Patient Accounting System. Interface solutions range widely from plain text ASCII feeds, HL7, EDI, direct link into foreign system, Web Services, and/or Screen Scraping
  • Develop, customize, implement, and maintain Applications written in C++, C#, VB 6, and T-SQL
  • Design systems, modules/approaches, and required enhancements
  • Develop complex business and systems analysis, programming, testing and other application development deliverables for systems projects
  • Recommend system solutions
  • Work with clients and other Implementation Team members to design and spec applications
  • Assist in the redevelopment plan to migrate existing applications into VS 2005.
  • Ensure program, system and user documentation is created for all developed/modified systems
  • Code, review, prepare test data

We seek an Implementation Specialist to implement CSC solutions for our healthcare clients. Our revenue cycle solutions provide real ROI to our clients. The projects can be demanding yet highly rewarding. The candidate must be hands on and be able to adapt to fast and changing environments and must learn quickly. This position will work with the guidance of a Project Manager on each engagement. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with our clients as well as with several departments within our company. Candidate must be team oriented and must be able to work with all levels within a client’s organization. Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Working on multiple projects concurrently
  • Understanding client needs and expectations in order to configure systems to client’s specifications
  • Maintaining Issues Lists and securing internal resource when needed
  • Understanding our software products and configuring those products to clients needs
  • Assist in defining repeatable methods to improve the implementation process
  • Travel to client sites is mandatory and can be as high as 50% to 75% of the job
  • Writing of status reports and other communication within our company and with the client

    Qualifications:
  • Four year degree in Business, Computer Science, Management, or Health Care field
  • Knowledge of Health Care Revenue cycle is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Business software such as Word, Excel, and MS Project
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of custom software implementation experience
  • Previous experience with EDI and OCR Scanning solutions in the health care field would be a plus
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Queries and ability to understand Database table relationships is a must.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and Microsoft Operating Systems is needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed
  • Ability to work with all levels of a client’s organization is important

R4 Support Technician

Fast-growing information management service company seeks an organized, self-motivated individual to provide telephone and dial-up support to software customers in moderately complex technical environments. This position will also supply on-site support for implementations, upgrades and other customer needs. Considerable travel is required.

The ideal candidate is able to work effectively under pressure in a demanding, fast-paced environment and possesses strong judgment in handling customer issues. This individual will have a proactive, take-charge attitude and the ability to organize, plan and prioritize projects. The successful candidate must have a proven ability to fully use and apply standard technical troubleshooting principles in both the hardware and software realm. The ability to communicate technical issues effectively to a non-technical audience is imperative. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are also definite musts.

Responsibilities include triage of customer calls, assessment of customer problems, coordination with customer to install system updates, interaction with network services, software systems engineering, or applications development to restore services and identify and correct the core problem. Other duties in this role include system testing, documentation development and other assignments based on the level of customer support activity.

Qualifications for this position include: prior desktop support role or other support experience, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Operating System and Relational Databases. A demonstrable knowledge of network concepts and technical skills in information system methodology, hardware and software is also required, as typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Travel to client sites is mandatory and can be as high as 75% of the job
• Write status reports and other communication within our company and with the client


Qualifications:

• Four year degree in Business, Computer Science, Management, or Healthcare field
