CSC delivered a complete ASP solution including COLD, imaging and other add-ons such as discrepancy reports and document-level security codes. After scanning and indexing are complete at CSC's Brecksville facilities, the images and associated indexes are output and FTP transmitted to the ASP website along with the report stream for COLD processing. Once processed, they are instantly accessible to any authorized OMNOVA user via a secure login. CSC also adds a document-level security code at the time of indexing that is triggered when an OMNOVA employee logs onto the site. This security code ensures that the user is only viewing those documents he/she has permission to view.
