Through its Ameritrac Business Solutions Financial Institutions Division, American Modern Insurance Group is using a "leading edge" system with OCR technology, expansive data storage, EDI and data warehousing capabilities. As part of the system, CSC deployed a fully integrated OCR solution to automate the insurance tracking process. The solution is based on the AnyDoc Software AnyApp™ product, specially modified for this application. The result is a keyword-based, free-form solution that finds the required data, regardless of where it appears on the document or which carrier produced the document, enabling Ameritrac to significantly increase document throughput and digitally store their insurance documents.
